Ronit is a visionary strategist and best selling author of Profit First for Salons, guiding salon owners to build profitable, freedom-generating businesses. Having grown her Maxime Brand into a 7-figure salon with six-figure net profits, Ronit’s strategies have been featured in Salon Today and Thrive Global. With experience consulting for startups and Fortune 100 companies, she brings proven methods to help salon owners scale their business, grow their profits, and achieve long-term success.
The Start of Salon Cadence
In 2017, Ronit set her sights on achieving an even larger goal: to create a roadmap for business owners to follow to achieve wealth and life freedom. That is when her private online community and coaching program, Salon Cadence was born, which has gone on to generate over $2.5M in combined net profits for her clients.
During the pandemic, Ronit launched the weekly interview series, Huddle Time with Ronit to give business owners direct access to industry experts and the cutting-edge information they needed to pivot and thrive. In a year, Huddle Time has amassed 100,000 viewers worldwide.
In 2020, she covered 6,000+ miles on the road, while still teaching and inspiring thousands of business owners to have, to be, and to become MORE.
