Salon Cadence is a white glove teaching training company that serves the beauty and service industry. Our growing clientele includes salons, spas, med spas, and brands. We are expanding and looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about numbers, the beauty industry, and helping people grow.

Our ideal candidates are experienced business coaches and consultants who have run their own successful companies and know intimately what it is like to be an entrepreneur. Must be super comfortable with sales and love working with a team. You’ll never be bored working at Salon Cadence! You’ll get to write your own work schedule and have a wide variety of work, including: coaching clients one on one and in group formats, business planning, system and creative problem solving, comprehensive training, mentorship sales, and enrolling new clients.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the day-to-day activities, managing resources, and implementing effective operational strategies to drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, and ensuring that the company’s core values are upheld in all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and conducting meetings – creating/setting agendas, taking notes and creating an action plan.
  • Research and develop ways to be efficient – Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes and enhance overall efficiency. Analyze operational data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Keep company process and data up-to-date – Updating and creating a complete SOP, organizing and updating work on Trello (project management software), and regularly checking and updating Kajabi courses.
  • Mentor management – Creating/updating training manual, training on internal systems, quality control including reviewing call recordings between team and clients. The Head Mentor will report to you with updates and for support.
  • Support in the hiring, recruiting and onboarding roles in the company.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals, objectives, and plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Workbook and SOP management – Program Workbooks documenting and creating videos for onboarding and for automation.
  • Track KPIs – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Company Budget – Develop and manage budgets, track and execute payments to employees, track and process payments from clients, resource allocation, budgeting for retreats and live events, and expenditure tracking to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Create and execute a business development strategy for JV, distributors, vendors, and partnerships. Research opportunities for speaking engagements and send requests for invitations to speak for the CEO.

Salon Cadence and Ronit & Co are looking to add a marketing assistant to our team to play a key marketing role in the founder’s forthcoming book launch efforts. The marketing content efforts will include blog posts, social media writing, community engagement, LinkedIn live scheduling, possible podcasting support, and the organization of all moving pieces.  

This CMA must have a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Must have a great attitude,  take initiative, be reliable, and be a self-starter. This person MUST have GREAT attention to detail,  be organized, have good listening skills, be empathetic, strategic, and enjoy engaging with people online.

This is a fully remote position.

Likely Rolls & Tasks:

The CMA will be provided full training in Leverage to Scale: Content Marketing and Live  Streaming duties. Tasks include but are not limited to: 

  • Writing blog posts, social media, promotional content, emails, etc. by implementing the  Leverage To Scale: Content Marketing system. Your training will teach you how to: ○ Do keyword research based on weekly videos
  • Upload and optimize for YouTube
  • Craft blog post, publish, and optimize for Google
  • Prepare weekly social media
  • Send an email to the weekly newsletter list
  • Track all metrics once per week in a tracking document
  • Go back and add captions to already published videos.
  • Support our live streaming efforts.
  • Booking management for our series guests. Email communications, designing social media promotional graphics in Canva, spreadsheet entry, and management, speaker support inquiries.
  • You’d be present on all live streams to manage comments, engage with our community, and then feed community questions via chat.
  • Following the live stream, optimize the replay and use the Leverage To Scale marketing process to re-purpose the content for promotion on all channels listed above.
  • You will be trained on all of these things by the marketing company who will help to launch our series, NGNG Enterprises.
  • General copywriting/messaging/positioning (the faster you pick up the brand voice the  better!) 
  • Managing customer support inquiries through social media messaging and email (only as it relates to the work you do – not for all areas of the company).
